Buntong Fall is located at the foothills of the Kledang Range and is a walking distance from Buntong, Ipoh. The Kledang mountain range separates the Perak river from the Kinta Valley. Many make the hike up the Kledang hill and enjoy the cooling waterfall on the way to the top. It is located beside the Ipoh-Lumut Expressway.
Buntong Fall is relatively small, but it is fulfilling destination after about a 15 minutes hike. The trail continues at the left side of the fall, you will pass two more tiers, the last one with a dam.
It is advised to bring a local, if it is your first time searching for the waterfall.
