Their signature pillowy and fluffy Japanese souffle pancakes are baked with fresh ingredients and prepared from scratch everyday. These irresistible pancakes are simply mouth watering and a delight for anyone to satisfy their cravings.
Flufff also offers a wide variety of pastries such as brioche soft bun, French toast, Rye pancakes and more. Pair it with coffee or tea and it will complement the enjoyment of our pastries.
Unlike ordinary bread, the brioche bun is enriched with lots of butter and eggs, giving it a moist, soft texture that blends perfectly when served with cheese or chicken meatloaf. It also tastes good just on its own.

Their savoury pancakes are made from rye grains. It is closely related to wheat and barley but lower in gluten. At Flufff, we serve rye pancakes with sausage, hash brown, chicken meatloaf or sliced beet.
