The night was packed with cheering crowds as the Countdown for the New Year and Launching of Visit Perak Year 2012 was held in Stadium Indera Mulia last Saturday.
The Countdown event began at 10.00pm with performances by our local artist’s, in particularly, Ramli Sarip who got the crowd participating and excited as he sang few of his famous songs,Adam of Akademi Fantasia and Baby Shima. The night was filled with laughter with antics of Datuk AC Mizal, who was the emcee for the night.
The Launching of Visit Perak Year was officiated by Dato Zambry Abdul Kadir and Exco Members.
At the stroke of midnight there was a Fireworks display signifying the New Year 2012..
