Sharpened Word welcomes you to its new base at the Old Andersonians’ Club. In conjunction with the relocation, Sharpened Word has a diverse panel of writers all lined up to present you with a scintillating literary matinee.

Meet the speakers :

* Angela Yap – an award-winning Social Entrepreneur, Author, Columnist, Ghost Writer and Performance Coach.

* Pauline Sidhhu (aka Nithya Sidhhu) – a retired teacher, motivational speaker, solo traveler, poet and a former freelance education columnist.

* Gareth ‘Gary’ Wright – A 20-year-old aspiring creative writer who writes short fiction, with the occasional poem and non-fiction analytical essay. A mildly eccentric introvert, he’s been remarked for being unconventional, individualistic, and reserved.

* Luke Teoh – a former UK-trained teacher and lecturer, a one-time newspaper columnist on English, a published author of supplementary English schoolbooks, and a former managerial executive of a British publisher.
