Cathay Mee Stall is well known for Mee Goreng, & Pasembur (Rojak). They have been operating since 1958 at Jalan Yang Kalsom.
Cathay Mee Goreng is not like an ordinary Mamak Mee Goreng, it comes with lots of bean sprouts, chopped scallions, prawn fritters, taukua, and potatoes with the balanced taste of sweet, savoury and spicy.
Pasembur is a Indian Rojak ( a type of salad). It’s a combination of bean sprouts, turnip, shredded cucumber, tossed together with crunchy fritters, half boiled egg and potatoes. They also serve delicious Mee Rebus there.
